VUGO AND NRBY.IO PARTNER TO ENHANCE IN-VEHICLE PASSENGER EXPERIENCES WITH EVENTS AND VENUE DATA, ALLOWING REAL TIME TARGETING OF MEDIA WHILE ON THE WAY TO SPORTS GAMES, CONCERTS, AND MORE!

 

Miami, FL, July 30, 2024 /FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE/ — Vugo announces new partnership with Nrby.io to make in-vehicle passenger experiences better with real time Events & Venue Data. Vugo is a leader in passenger experiences for rideshare, taxicab, and mobility services creating the modern in-vehicle experience in 2015 and continuing to build its platform with robust targeting capabilities. Nrby.io has one of the best databases of real time events data in the world, with millions of events in its archives across thousands of venues.

Vugo’s TripIntent Platform allows advertisers to target passengers on a variety of information, not just the current latitude and longitude of the vehicle. Coupling events data from Nrby.io with the other targetable data on the Vugo platform will further broaden the ability for advertisers to target people in motion with robust media experiences.

Data that will be targetable include venue, address, start time, end time, and event categories, among other data. This will allow advertisers to create regional or nationwide campaigns to target specific audiences – for example – concert goers with contextual brand experiences.

Vugo will begin making events data targetable on the platform this fall across the thousands of vehicles on the platform in the United States and United Kingdom this year. Vugo will add additional markets over the coming months with this feature.
